Tea Formula

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra spp.)

These small, dark berries are highly revered for their anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, as well as their ability to modulate the immune system. Elderberries are also an excellent source of vitamin C, a crucial nutrient for maintaining a healthy immune system. Their active chemical compounds can effectively inhibit the entry of viral proteins into our cells, thereby hindering the initial stages of viral infections. Additionally, Elderberries have been shown to limit viral replication, which can help alleviate the severity and duration of illnesses caused by viruses.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Ginger energizes the heart and gets the blood moving, relieves cramping, is a digestive aid, helps relieve migraines, and aids in reducing inflammation.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum spp.)

Cinnamon possesses a distinctive flavor profile that exudes a comforting warmth and a delightful sweetness. Additionally, it has been acknowledged to enhance digestion, reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and promote circulation.

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus)

This particular herb is known to enhance the immune system's resilience and strength. It can also benefit individuals experiencing adrenal fatigue by boosting their energy levels. Furthermore, it improves the digestive system's vitality, which aids in the better assimilation of food.

Sumac (Rhus glabra)

Sumac is a plant that is abundant in vitamin C, flavonoids, and iron, making it an excellent source of nutrients. When combined with elderberry, it produces a powerful antiviral remedy that can help boost your immune system and protect you from illnesses.

Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum)

Cloves are known for their strong aroma, pungent taste, and warming effect. They have been a popular spice in cooking for centuries, competing with other well-known spices like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Not only used in cooking, cloves have also been added to liqueurs, mulled wine, perfumes, and even love potions. For thousands of years, cloves have been an important herb in the spice trade.
