100% Grass-fed Beef

You can purchase our beef by the cut at the Market on the Farm. Our Hereford cattle are exclusively grass-fed and finished. We refrain from supplementing their diet with grains, although we do provide hay from our fields if necessary during the winter. Our beef is free of hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, and mRNA vaccines. If absolutely necessary, we will treat an animal in the case of an illness but not unnecessarily treat the entire herd.
