Raspberry (Rubus spp.)

Oatstraw (Avena sativa)

This nutrient is known to be helpful in reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Additionally, this herb may also help improve the appearance of dry skin, nails, and hair.

Sage (Salvia officinalis)

For a Tea:

Pour one cup boiling water over 1-2 tbsp. of herb tea mix. Let steep for 15-20 minutes then strain. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Best to drink warm to lukewarm but not extremely hot.

Do not use this tea during pregnancy or while breast feeding.
