For a Tea:

Pour one cup boiling water over 1-2 tbsp. of herb tea mix. Let steep for 15-20 minutes then strain. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Best to drink warm to lukewarm but not extremely hot.

Do not use this tea during pregnancy or while breast feeding.
