Don't Worry Be Happy Tea is a calming tea that's perfect for adults and children alike, and it has a unique anise flavor that's very light and refreshing. We find it to be a very pleasant-tasting tea that's perfect for sipping on a lazy afternoon. What's great about this tea is that it's formulated with seven different calming herbs that lift the spirit.

Taste Profile: licorice flavor that is sweet, mildly spicy, very aromatic

Ingredients: nettle, anise hyssop, lemon balm, linden, catnip, ginger, lemon peel

Tea Formula

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

This is a beneficial herb that is rich in vitamins and can aid in various health issues. It can help with seasonal allergies, regulate blood sugar levels, boost the immune system, alleviate joint pain and arthritis, balance hormones, improve adrenal function, and address kidney and spleen deficiencies.

Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)

Anise Hyssop is a great plant to have during the summer as it provides a cooling effect. It can also help with digestion, soothe the lower respiratory tract, and relieve congestion. The slight licorice flavor is uplifting and can improve your mood.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

Lemon Balm, which is also known as the "sunshine herb." Its incredible properties can help lift the spirits and improve overall mood. It may aid in anxiety, depression, nervousness, and seasonal affective disorder.

Linden (Tilia spp.)

Linden is another herb that has a range of benefits for our health. It has been known to ease anxiety, nervousness, depression, hysteria, and insomnia. Additionally, it can help improve overall heart health. A great addition to your wellness routine.

Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

Did you know that catnip affects humans differently than it does cats? It's true! While catnip is known to be a soothing and calming nervine with sedative qualities for humans, it has a very different effect on our feline friends. In fact, catnip is known to be a stimulant for cats, causing them to become more playful and energetic. But for humans, the sedative qualities of catnip can be especially helpful for children and older folks who have trouble sleeping or feel restless. So if you're looking for a natural way to relax and unwind, catnip might just be the perfect solution for you!

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Ginger energizes the heart and gets the blood moving, relieves cramping, is a digestive aid, helps relieve migraines, and aids in reducing inflammation.

Lemon Peel (Citrus x limon)

We add lemon peel to herbal teas for its delightful aroma and flavor. The peel provides a unique and lively citrus taste that enhances the overall experience. Moreover, it can help with digestion by stimulating the production of gastric juices and supplying a good amount of vitamin C.
